Derek Gehl is a serial Internet entrepreneur, international speaker, author and pioneer in the world of digital marketing. Since first finding the Internet in 1997 he’s built and exited multiple 7-8 figure online businesses in various different niches including business, finance, real estate, health, and hobbies to name a few.
He’s also consulted with and coached thousands of digital entrepreneurs worldwide through his conferences, online communities and ProjectIgnited.com Podcast.

When Derek isn’t at his computer you will probably find him in Whistler, BC skiing or mountain biking with his family.
Director of the Affiliate Program
Ramon has been involved in the realm of Internet Marketing since the very early days, starting his career in 1997 as a web designer and having been part of the dot-com boom, Ramon understands how the internet has evolved over the decades and and the direction ecommerce as a whole is going.
An immigrant from Brazil, Ramon speaks both Portuguese and Spanish fluently and has a strong understanding of emerging markets and the opportunities they present.
Ramon works closely with affiliates, platforms, publishers and media buyers to develop new channels, open new opportunities and niches, while also maximizing current opportunities.
When not working, Ramon spends quality family time with his wife and daughter, travelling the world and experiencing new cultures.
Chief Financial Officer
Graham emigrated to Canada from Scotland and joined the SellHealth.com team in April 2010. He is the head of our corporate accounting, responsible for financial reporting, treasury management, and the day to day operations of the accounts department, including overseeing affiliate payouts.
A member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland, Graham trained with PwC in Edinburgh and has spent time working within the fields of financial services, automotive retailing, whisky, petrochemicals, and satellite broadcasting. Since joining SellHealth.com, Graham has overseen the strengthening of the financial control environment within the organization.
He now considers himself too old to play Rugby, but he still enjoys watching the game. Graham also enjoys travelling and is proud to have had the chance to visit 32 countries in six continents, and counting.
Chief Technical Officer
Our wizard of all things technical, Nickolas has been with SellHealth.com since the beginning. As the original designer and developer he helped start it all and now, as leader of a team of dedicated IT professionals, he maintains in excess of 99.99% uptime for everything from the program itself to all of the product sites and beyond.
Being one of the original founders of the program Nickolas has not only used his multiple internet security certifications to keep our systems safe, but also allowed his knowledge to grow and evolve with the industry. He not only knows what’s going on today, but where the program has come from and where the program can, and will, evolve as the industry changes. Every day Nickolas works alongside the marketing and affiliate teams to help make sure that best practices are observed and maximum profits for everyone are earned.
Marketing Operations Manager
Bruce has been an Affiliate Manager with SellHealth.com for so long now that he’s watched many of our affiliates’ kids grow up! Since joining the company in 2002, his days have been split between working directly with affiliates and working in the background to ensure the program runs smoothly.
He works closely with our Marketing Department, to be certain new product launches go smoothly for our affiliates – testing our sites, creating new promotional tools for our affiliates, publishing our popular Affiliate Newsletter, and making sure affiliates are paid ON TIME every month. (A point of pride for our entire company is that our affiliates are consistently paid on time, without fail, every single month!)
Bruce also specializes in generating and converting both organic and pay-per-click traffic via the search engines, as well as translating web statistics into useable, actionable goals to increase sales conversions.When he’s not in the office, you’ll typically find him spending time with his wife and two awesome kids. And when he’s not doing that, he’s often playing hockey, basketball, soccer, or tennis.
Maria has a diverse background in education and international work experience. She graduated in Physical Education, specializing in bodybuilding, but eventually transitioned to the study abroad sector. Over the years, she has had various roles in teaching, customer service, and marketing, contributing significantly to the growth of several organizations.
As a successful YouTuber focusing on teaching languages, she entered the affiliate industry some years ago and eventually became an Affiliate Manager. With a passion for traveling, she has explored 35 countries and her experiences led her to become a strategist, using her knowledge to advise and guide felow affiliates. Her favorite places on Earth are South Africa and Australia.
Currently residing in Spain, she is fluent in three languages – Portuguese, Spanish, and English – and is well-versed in cross-cultural communication. When not working, she enjoys playing sports and also devotes time to training her three children, two girls, and a boy, on critical thinking skills.
Director of Marketing
Mike joined SellHealth.com back in 2003 as an Affiliate Manager, but was quickly promoted to act as our Marketing and Affiliate Director, managing our in-house team of designers, writers, SEO experts, and more.
Dedicated to getting exceptional results on both a personal and professional level, Mike works tirelessly behind the scenes, testing and tweaking our product sites to make sure we’re converting the maximum number of our affiliate leads into sales.
He’s constantly testing new pricing strategies, designs, and ad copy that frequently increase conversions by 10-25% and occasionally 50% or more. And he’s constantly researching innovative new marketing strategies and technologies that can push traffic-to-sale conversions even higher.
Mike is an accomplished Personal Fitness Trainer who has participated in a number of Natural Bodybuilding Competitions. He’s married, a hobby photographer, and enjoys hunting with his rescue dogs.
